Three large bedrooms and multiple sofa beds give plenty of comfortable sleeping. Be sure to check out the incredibly beautiful bathrooms with river rock and hand finished wood trim. All properties feature privately owned homes on the island of Clearwater Beach on the island of Clearwater Beach, Florida. No house is farther than a very short walk to the white sand beach.

All vacation homes feature:

• two bathrooms

• washer/dryer

• stove, refrigerator, and microwave

• all glassware, utensils, pots & pans

• all bed linens & towels

• multiple televisions with cable, VCR's & DVD player

• high quality stereo systems with CD players

Entertainment on the island of Clearwater Beach

1) shopping in the dozens of ecletic shops, minature golf, tennis, para sailing, waverunner rental, boat rental, deep sea fishing, dinner cruises, scuba diving, pirate ship cruises, sight seeing cruises, gambling cruises

2) fine dining: there are five fine dining restaurants on the island with wine lists that are outstanding. Italian, seafood, steaks & chops are featured

3) casual dining: too many to count. Wear your flip flops and shorts to all these.
Some are right on the white sands of the beach.

4) Live music day and night at the various hotels around the pools and in the nightclubs at night. Reggae world beat, acoustic rock, alternative rock, and high energy dance.

Entertainment off the beach

2) Busch Gardens is a 50 minute drive
3) Orlando and all the theme parks ( Disney World, Universal Studio�s

Rates:  $1800.00 per week high season and $1650.00 per week low season (plus 12% tourist tax)

Deposit: $500 refundable damage deposit

Cleaning fee: $125.00

Booking policy: $500.00 Non-refundable reservation deposit is due at time of reservation. Balance of total amount due 30 days before check-in or reservation expires.

Refund policy: The $500.00 non-refundable reservation fee is deducted from all cancellations. No refund for cancellation in less than 30 days prior to check-in date.
